ENROLLMENT: students have to fill out our on-line Application Form . Within one working day we will book all your requested services and you will receive an e-mail with all your bookings for Course and Acommodation, including payment procedures. We request full payment in advance at least three weeks before start/arrival date, in order to assure you all requested services, confirming all your bookings. This is the best way to guarantee availability. - All expenses regarding payments will be paid by the applicant. - All payments must be made in US Dollars. Please ask for payment options. - For group courses: if a suitable group class is not available, you may begin with private classes upon arrival and join a suitable group later (4 group classes are the equivalent of 3 private classes). - Homestay: Once we receive your application form we book a host family for you and we will send you an e-mail including all contact details and information about your host family. Note: The host family assigned can be changed seeing that students that are already living there may decide to extend their stay. You will be notified of any changes. You will also have the opportunity to extend your stay. All our host families have the same characteristics. - All lodging prices include electricity, water, gas and tax expenses. - Private apartments: We own all the private apartments we offer. We do not use Real Estate agents (they ask for commissions, extra money as deposit, etc). It is an exclusive service for our students. Note: The apartments are available for two students or only one person. If you come alone, you do not have to share the apartment. They have an incredibly high demand, hence we allocate them on a "first come-first serve" basis. Once we receive your payment we will confirm your apartment booking for your requested dates, and any change of dates and/or refunds are not allowed. - Any change on reservations or cancellations must be informed to Argentina Spanish as soon as possible via e-mail to info@argentina-spanish.com.ar PROGRAM CHANGES (change of date or change of type of Spanish program): we do not charge additional fees for program changes. We request a prior notice of two weeks or more. CANCELLATION - Prior to start date / arrival date: a) Notice more than three weeks before start date / arrival date: Cancellation fee: US$100. Remainder of payments will be refunded. b) Notice less than three weeks before start date / arrival date: Cancellation fee: US$100 + 30% of the program. Remainder of payments will be refunded. CANCELLATION - After start date / arrival date: No refunds after program started. We can credit/postpone your classes for later on if needed, without additional costs. We request a prior notice of two weeks or more. This way students never miss one class because they can take their credit for classes and accommodation services, without expiration date. All credits can be used for the same student or for another person authorized by the student. - All bank charges must be incurred by the student. - All refunds have an administrative charge of 10% on the amount refunded. - Argentina Spanish will not review its cancellation policies in any situation, even if cancellations are due to personal emergencies, illnesses, or accidents. We recommend to take a medical insurance before starting the course.
